He Speaks!
You've read me, now hear me give a speech, which I called "Bioethics: Creating a Disposable Caste?" It was presented in Washington DC at the Discovery Institute Washington DC headquarters on 2/22/06. It is an MP3 format (34.7MB).
This WEB log considers issues involving assisted suicide/euthanasia, bioethics, human cloning, biotechnology, and the dangers of animal rights/liberation. My views expressed here, as in my books and other writings, reflect my understanding that the philosophy of human exceptionalism is the bedrock of universal human rights. Or, to put it another way: human life matters. (The opinions expressed here are my own and not necessarily those of any organization with which I am affiliated.)

I just finished listening to this talk, and am very impressed to have finally a fairly detailed picture of how the "Culture of Death" has sunk into our culture. "Arrogance of goodness" is a concept that deserves to be explored further. I hope you will make this audio more widely available.
BTW, the sound quality was not very good on Windows Media Player, but maybe it isn't supposed to play mp3, anyway.
Thanks. As for the technical issues, I am not the man to talk to. The Discovery people did that and I just linked to it. I appreciate your taking the time to listen.
